Great Uses of Ideas
Here's a use from Swarup Dutta, of Kolkata, India, who implemented the following idea from Suman Banerjee: "Toothpaste is a very good cleaning agent for silverware and ornaments." Suman writes:
I have cleaned my gold chain and rings with toothpaste (Colgate Total). The results were good. But I got better result using lime juice in luke warm and dipping the chains & rings for about 5 mins, brushing it and then doing another cleaning by toothpaste.
