IdeaExplore Award Winner

Alan Manning, of Victoria, Canada, won the $100 Award for November 2002 by submitting accepted ideas each week of the month and several previous weeks. Thank you for all your ideas, Alan! If he seems familiar, that's because Alan's brother John won the IdeaExplore Award for September. Alan said, "After he won the award, I thought to myself, 'Hey, I could do that!'" He did, and you can too.

On accepting his Award, he says, "I am fourteen years old and interested in computers, robotics, and the environment. I think that this site is a great idea and I encourage everyone to continue to contribute to it. I will donate the prize money to the Vancouver Island Marmot Foundation. There are less than one hundred left alive. Thanks to Larry Baum, and keep the good ideas flowing!"
